| 2009 Passports winners have been selected Congrats to Billy Morse & Evan Deveau!!! The Passport to Winter Fun is designed to encourage children to get active outdoors this winter! For each day your child is active at least 60minutes or more, they “travel” one space in the Passport by writing or drawing a picture of their activities. There is even room to make travel journal notes. As children accumulate days of activity, they progress from a hopping Snowshoe Hare, to a handsome Winter Fox, and ultimately, a Polar Bear. The Passport provides suggestions for activities, reminders for safe play outdoors, and a record of their achievement.
As children move through the Passport and accumulate days of activities, they can select great prizes offered by area businesses. Children can select these prizes when they reach 10 days, 20 days, and 30 days of activity. Those who reach 20 days, the Winter Fox level, will also be entered into a grand prize raffle drawing.
